Refund policy

We're sorry to hear that you're unhappy with your purchase! Initiate your free return by emailing maddy@shopconfettiboutique.com with the following information: Your name, order number, item(s) you'd like returned, and the reason for return. 

• Confetti Boutique accepts returns for a refund to original payment account within 14 days of your purchase.

 

• Once you email us with the information listed above, we will review it and either accept or reject based on our return policy. If accepted, you will receive a return label by email. Please package the merchandise you're returning nicely in a poly mailer or box. You may use the bag the product(s) arrived in, however, please make sure all old barcodes are covered up and that the bag will protect the merchandise. You will be refunded after the merchandise is inspected upon arrival. 

 

• International customers are responsible for return shipping fees if they wish to return their purchase. Confetti Boutique is not responsible for return shipping cost on orders outside of the US.

 

• Final Sale Items - Sale items, merchandise discounted more than 30%, jewelry, sunglasses, hats, hair accessories, intimates, and swimwear

 

• We will not accept - Items that have been worn, washed, or altered. Tags must also still be attached. Any items that aren't in the condition we sent them in will not be accepted.

 

• Damages - Please report damages to maddy@shopconfettiboutique.com within 3 days of receiving package. We will give you a full refund once we receive the return. 

 

• All shipping cost are non-refundable.

 

• Confetti Boutique reserves the right to refuse a refund if the merchandise is not in it's original condition or outside the 14 day period.
